Diet day 3
Woke up a little late this morning, but still made it to my spin class. Did well on my diet today. Meals were as follows:
5:00 am Banana 75
7:30 am Crustless Quiche w/salsa and toast 310
9:30 am Coffee 60
11:00 am Apple Slices & SK Protein water 90
12:30 pm Tuna Salad Wrap 260
2:30 pm SK Protein water 30
4:00 pm Cottage cheese, cherries, & peaches 185
7:00 pm Bagel w/peanut butter 200
8:00 pm Triscuits & cheese 210
Grand Total: 1420
I'm looking forward to my step class in the morning. Good night!

Thats a pretty well balanced diet. I like tuna because it Has Omega 3 Fatty Acids.
