Day 9

NWLC day 9
Diet day 7

I was able to work out today! I did yoga and some strength training. I also tried eating some actual solid food. Today's meals were:

9:30 am Slimfast 180
1:00 pm Slimfast 180
4:30 pm Cherries and Yogurt 155
7:30 pm Turkey & Swiss Croissant & V8 juice 495

Grand Total: 1010 calories

I'll be working out again tomorrow. Also, I'm going to try and eat a few more calories. I'd really like to be able to stay between 1500 and 1200 a day. Hope you are all doing well with your workouts and diets! See you tomorrow!
