NWLC day 8
Diet day 6
Well, I was late for the seminar today, so I wasn't able to attend after all. I was able to eat a little more today, but my meals were mostly mashed potatoes and slim fast. The slim fast was mainly so I could get a little nutrition. My calorie count for the day was 970. I can't wait until I can work out again! I'm going to try and do some yoga, since it's not really high intensity. I hope you are all doing well with your diets. Keep up the good work!!
