NWLC day 6
Diet day 4
Oh no. I missed my alarm this morning and didn't make it to my favorite group fitness class. I was really disappointed, but I did great on my diet. Todays meals were:
7:30 am English Muffin w/Egg and Ham 235
10:00 am SK Protein water 30
1:00 pm Triscuit crackers (6) 120
2:00 pm SK Protein water 30
3:00 pm Low sodium Tomato Soup & Carrots 155
5:00 pm Banana, Strawberries, & Non-fat Cottage Cheese 200
8:30 pm Triscut crackers (6) & Lowfat Cheddar Cheese 210
Grand Total: 980 calories
I didn't really feel like eating much today. I started antibiodics yesterday and I had to keep reminding myself to eat. When I did feel hungry, I tried not to gorge myself. I know my intake was low today, but it wasn't on purpose. I calculated my calories for the day at 7 pm and realized how little I'd eaten. So I had one more snack before bed. Tomorrow holds a little bit of excitement. See you then!
