- Back again to the NWLC! Hello again, Mindy & Livio, and hello to all my fellow weight-loss hopefuls. These last few months have been a bit rough for me and, unfortunately, I packed on the pounds. Normally I maintain my weight at around 150-155. I weighed in this morning at 173. But this is the moment that all will change! My weight loss goal is 38 lbs. Most importantly, I want to be able to keep up with my two children. At 1 and 6, they tend to run me ragged. That's all about to change. Look out kids!
