NWLC day 3
Diet day 1
Okay, off to a good start. I made it to spin class this morning. When I woke up, I was still sore from Saturday's workout, but I feel a lot better now. I did well on my diet. This is how it went:
7:30 am Ham & Cheese Eggwhite omlet w/salsa & 1 slice of toast 255 calories
8:30 am Coffee (w/non-fat non-dairy half & half) 40 calories
9:30 am SK protein water & carrots 65 calories
10:30 am Banana 70 calories
12:30 pm Greek Chicken Wrap approx 395 calories
3:30 pm SK protein water 30 calories
4:00 pm Cherries, Jello, & Cottage Cheese 160 calories
7:30 pm Small Whole wheat bagel & Peanut Butter 200 calories
Total: 1, 215 calories
My weight this morning was 173. I'll be weighing in weekly on Mondays. Can't wait for tomorrow. Bye for now!

You will reach your goal... and be healthier at the end of this challenge. I will continue to be a fan to your blogs and route you on. In doing so....you are helping me as well stay focused.
Every day I try to do some form of exercise; even if it hurts to even get out of bed (I struggle with back pain and have had over 30 procedures in the last 7 years)afterward I always feel better... it's the endorphin response.
